Der gebürtige Ulmer Chris Sonaxx wurde bereits in jungen Jahren mit der Musik vertraut. Noch bevor elektronische Klänge sein Leben bestimmten, war es die Klarinette, die seine musikalische Basis legte. Diese frühe Prägung sollte den Grundstein für ein feines Gespür für Rhythmus, Dynamik und musikalisches Erzählen bilden.
Mit dem Kauf seiner ersten Turntables im Jahr 1996 verlagerte sich sein Fokus konsequent auf die elektronische Tanzmusik. Von diesem Moment an investierte Chris Sonaxx all seine Zeit und Energie in die Perfektion seines Mixings. Sein Name machte im süddeutschen Raum schnell die Runde, nicht zuletzt durch seine kompromisslose Leidenschaft und seinen charakteristischen Sound.
Parallel dazu entwickelte er sich stetig weiter – nicht nur hinter den Decks, sondern auch im Studio. Die Liebe zur Produktion elektronischer Tanzmusik führte 2006 zur Veröffentlichung seiner Debüt-Single Pocketface. Seither erschienen zahlreiche Produktionen auf verschiedenen renommierten Labels.
Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung hinter den Plattenspielern, einer energiegeladenen, offenen Art und einem tiefen Verständnis für elektronische Musik verkörpert Chris Sonaxx weit mehr als nur einen Dj, er schafft eine unmittelbare Verbindung zum Publikum und nimmt es mit auf eine facettenreiche, emotionale Reise durch die Nacht.

Born in Ulm, Germany, Chris Sonaxx was introduced to music at an early age. Long before electronic sounds became the driving force of his life, it was the clarinet that formed his musical foundation. This early classical training laid the groundwork for a refined sense of rhythm, dynamics and musical storytelling.
With the purchase of his first turntables in 1996, Chris Sonaxx shifted his focus entirely to electronic dance music. From that moment on, he dedicated all his time and energy to perfecting his mixing skills. His uncompromising passion and distinctive sound quickly earned him a strong reputation throughout southern Germany.
Alongside his work behind the decks, he continuously evolved as a producer. His love for electronic music production led to the release of his debut single Pocketface in 2006. Since then, numerous productions have followed on various respected labels.
With over 20 years of experience behind the turntables, an energetic and open-minded presence, and a deep understanding of electronic music, Chris Sonaxx represents far more than just a DJ. He creates a direct connection with the audience, taking them on a multifaceted and emotional journey through the night.
